Warthen Appraisal Associates launches new website

January 2005- In this growing age of business with such large advances in technology it is important for businesses to keep up.  The Internet continues to be on the rise making it common for most businesses to have a company web page.  This is seen largely in the real estate industry where mortgage companies gain prospects, realtors list active sales, and appraisers ascertain their data.

Warthen Appraisal Associates has strived to stay on the forefront of technology by initially introducing their appraisal management system (E-trac) over a year ago.  This proved to be an excellent way to keep clients informed throughout the appraisal process while speeding it up as well.  Now the company has embarked on their next project, the release of their new company website.  The website has been designed for their clients to keep them informed about the company, up to date with the real estate industry, and it offers tools for the appraisal process.

The website is extremely user friendly and can be used for many functions.  Some functions include ordering an appraisal, contacting the company, areas of coverage by entering a zip code, section for company and industry news, and an area for clients to log into E-trac using their username and password.  Other features include an appraisers page for announcements and log on area for company appraisers, and an employment opportunities page.

Warthen Appraisal Associates has designed this page to help its clients through the appraisal process and urges its clients to continue to check back for company announcements and industry news.

Expanded Area Coverage Expected in First Quarter ‘05

Many of our clients over the past year have asked if and when Warthen Appraisal Associates would ever be expanding their area of coverage.  Over the last 20 years we have grown throughout the State of New Jersey and now cover all counties with turnaround times averaging from 24 – 48 hours from the time of inspection.  With this service in mind Warthen Appraisal Associates will now expand its coverage to New York and Pennsylvania by the end of first quarter 2005.

Our goal is to open these states while offering the same quality work that we currently offer in New Jersey.  At this point we are currently testing these areas in small volumes, but expect to be running at full capacity soon.  Once we feel we our working at the same level as our New Jersey branches we will announce to everyone we are open for business in these areas.

Announcements will be made on our website so please continue to check back.  Also, our website will have a service area section where you can enter a zip code and it will answer with the zip code’s city, county, and if Warthen Appraisal Associates is doing business there as of yet.

We expect to be continually adding coverage, but if there is an area which we do not currently cover and you would like to inquire about future coverage, please contact us.
