At Warthen Appraisal Associates we understand the value of time. Our turn around time for residential properties is generally 24-48 hours from the time of inspection and on average around 5 days from the day we receive the order. Commercial property complexity varies from each property causing our turnaround times to vary as well. Warthen Appraisal Associates has full control at all times by having all of our appraisals processed and completed through our main operations office.
